Please note that we reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion and will notify you within a reasonable timeframe.

• If we receive your cancellation request before the order is processed, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.
• If the order has already been processed, we will not be able to cancel it or issue a refund.

In case of customized orders:

Please note that customized orders are processed only after receiving all necessary approvals from you via email or WhatsApp. Once approved, cancellations, returns, refunds, or exchanges will not be possible.
