Return Policy

Easy Returns

We take great care in ensuring that every product is properly packed and reaches you in good condition. However, in rare cases, the following may occur:

  1. The product may be damaged during transit.

  2. An incorrect item may be shipped to you.

  3. The product may have a manufacturing defect.

In these cases, the following steps will apply:

  • If you receive an incorrect item or a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. You can reach us by email, phone, or chat. Please include photos of the product and packaging to verify the issue.

  • To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

    • An unboxing video is required for claims related to damaged items.

    • The product packaging, labels, and tags must remain untampered.

    • The product must be in perfect condition.

    • Once a return or exchange request is made, the product will be collected within 7 working days.

    • Exchange or refund will be processed only after the product has been received at our warehouse and inspected for quality.

Refund/Exchange Options:

  • You can choose to receive a replacement of the same product, an exchange for another product of the same price, a credit note, or a refund to your bank account.

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days.

  • Refunds will be calculated after deducting the shipping fee.

  • Refunds/returns are issued at the sole discretion of the company.

Important Note:

 If the product quality is unsatisfactory, you may request a replacement or refund. However, in such cases, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs, and only the product cost will be refunded (shipping charges are non-refundable).

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of its arrival. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
